⚠️ 重要通知：領取物資包時請攜帶選手證件（接受證件影本或拍照截圖）。

★參賽者報到：
請參賽者親自領取，提供由本人簽署的『免責聲明』，免責聲明可以事先下載填寫好( download .pdf)，或由現場工作人員提供後填寫。
於核對選手證件正確後，工作人員會再附上『保險合約書』，請參賽者一併填寫完成後，即可領取完整物資包（含BIB號碼布）。

★除『放棄參賽』(DNS)者：
除本人外可請朋友代領物資包，請提供由參加者本人簽屬的『免責聲明』及證件(可接受拍照截圖)，核對證件正確後，即可領取物資包，但不含BIB號碼布。

⚠️Important notice: Please bring your personal ID or passport  (a photocopy of the ID or a photo or screenshot will be accepted) when receiving the material of race pack. 

★When registering “Entry Disclaimer“, signed by themselves, entry disclaimer is available or can prepare (download .pdf).
And sign “Insurance Contract” which is prepared in one copy on site and you only need to sign it by yourself.
After verifying that the contestant’s ID is correct can they receive the complete material package include runners BIB number. 

★Those who are not able to attend (DNS – Did Not Start) can also ask a friend to collect the material package on their behalf. Friend provide a “Disclaimer” signed by yourself and copy of your ID. After verifying that the player’s ID is correct, friend can receive the material package. However, BIB number will not be included.

BIB NUMBER

    物資袋中有很多項目，包括複雜的BIB號碼布

    • 主要的RFID晶片號碼布 – 請放置於身體前面並配合補給站的工作人員。
    • 會場寄物：於號碼布底部虛線請撕下來，用於寄放行李。
    • 跑者背心晶片：於號碼布的側邊虛線請撕下來，包含第二個RFID晶片- 請參加者將其撕下並綁在使用的背袋上（如果10及18 公里的跑者僅穿跑步腰帶的話，請一樣固定在腰帶上）

    There are many items in race pack, include complex runners BIB number:

    • Main BIB with RFID chip – please wear it on front of body and cooperate with staff in check point
    • STORAGE BAG VENUE tear-off: is bottom attachment for luggage storage.
    • RUNNING VEST CHIP tear-off: is side attachment which include secondary RFID chip – participants tear it off and attach with zip tie to their running vest from back (10 and 18km participants may attach to running belt or keep both chips in front of body)

    • Personal Pickup in YCC Forest Campsite 緣溪行森林營地 on Friday during Formosa Trail Expo (2pm to 9pm)

      • 其他可以領取物資的時間：週六早上 3點15 分至 8點00分，請事先準備好「參賽免責條款」並查詢您的 BIB 號碼。

    • It is not possible send race pack by post, please do not ask for exception!
    • Cannot pickup race pack? Your friend can do for you. Please print out Entry Disclaimer, sign it and give to us during race pack pickup. (download here)
    • Exception may pickup Saturday morning 3:15am to 8:15am, then please prepare Entry Disclaimer and know your BIB number
    • Organizer urges participants to ensure the safety of the package. Should the package lost after the registration, organizer will not responsible for the losses.
